I'm selling my 2007 Mk1 GT3RS with just over 15,000 miles on it. I bought it from a friend very early this year but I've known the car for about 3-4 years. It was one of those "if you ever sell your car, please let me know" kind of things.

In that time the car has never been tracked although we don't know for sure whether or not it was prior to that to his ownership or mine. It is completely stock with no modifications but maintained to a high level. It was just serviced before I bought it at Stevenson Porsche in Denver, Colorado. They have a bulk of the maintenance records since they took care of the car most of its life. Since I've owned it I replaced the rear tires with the same Michelin Pilot Sport Cup and put on a new clear bra since the old one had yellowed slightly. It's been in no accidents and is pretty much a no stories car. It's silver with the orange wheels and accents, It's pretty well outfitted for a GT3RS with the full interior and carpeting. It also has the stereo option.

I"m going to take full pictures of it this weekend but these are the ones from earlier this year when the car was transported from Colorado to here in California. I'll update with new pictures once I get some decent ones. The prices are hard to track right now because there are so few cars. They seem to go very quickly but they seem to range from the low of $110K to a high of around $130K for the Mk.I. I'm asking $115K

I'm selling it because I simply have too many cars right now. The GT3RS is very similar in nature to the Stradale so I've decided to keep the Stradale and sell the Porsche plus I've got another new acquisition on the way. Very good car for those that may be in the market and offering it to my FChat friends first. Currently the car is located in Santa Barbara, CA. Please feel free to call me at 805.455.4076 or email at [email protected] with any questions.

I feel bad for backing out but we're having sellers remorse. After my wife and I talked about it at dinner we decided not to sell.

    Sorry for the fire drill.

I really really want one of these! Trying to get my pennies in order quick enough before the real surge in values. Don't blame you for keeping it! Looks like great fun.

Congrats on the no sale. I have a similar situation except my car is a silver 996 GT3 with a lot of options. I want to sell it in order to get into another car as the CS and GT3 are similar in purpose but just can't seem to do it. I might be wrong but I think the early GT3's are getting more desirable and I enjoy the drive. So I'm settling for a less expensive third fun car for now.

Your car is a beauty and I can see why you are holding on to it. What else are you getting?

We were planning on selling it to make room for this.....

We still got it but now trying to figure out the parking/storage. I guess it's a good problem to have.

if the .1rs go for over $100k, how much are the regular .1gt3 going for? that could be the real bargin since only minimal differences between first series 3 vs rs.
