2007 Spider noise from rear top cover

I know there are a few discussions about Spider roof rattles, but I couldn't find one that matched my problem. Between 3000 and 3500 rpm's in any gear I get a itch/vibration noise that sounds like it is coming out of the rear glove box. I put someone in the front seat and had them push on different areas to find the source. I believe the sound is there top up or down, although difficult to hear with it down.

If someone pushes outward and maybe down on the hump on the rear cover behind the passenger seat, the vibration noise stops. I tightened the metal guides that the cover brackets slide under (with the fuzzy stuff on them), didn't help. Maybe a grease job on the mechanisms? Any ideas would be appreciated.
