2007 Turkish GP in doubt?

Following the $5m fine received from the FIA by the Turkish GP organisers, the general manager of the Istanbul Park track is asking the authorities to reconsider.

Baran Asena, who accepted the FIA decision finds the fine too high. The circuit has apparently lost $5m in organising this year race, and is not solvent. The fine was to be paid within 30 days. Asena is asking for leniency, looking for a reduction of the fine or more time to pay.
