Oh boy, selling a car like this when you don't want to is a tough pill to swallow my friend. The car looks to be a well cared for example and with less than 10% clutch worn that is a huge plus for the next buyer. Tell me about it. But the home is an investment while the car is not (at least for now and maybe the next 8-10 years). The car is fantastic and the color is really unique. Once the house is up-to-date am already thing about the next F-car. Maybe a 355 GTS. Not as much kick but I think maybe as much fun.

Beautiful Scuderia. But here's a cautionary note: Fixing up a house can be like building a hot car. The "while you're at its" and "let's upgrade this" can be the same slippery slope! Then all of a sudden you have the nicest house in the 'hood and recooping your investment when you sell can be tough. Sound familiar? G'luck.
