Should my 2008 GTB Fiorano with a spare and tool kit have a jack and relating tools as standard?
Trying to determine if I'll get dinged at a major Concours?

Affirmative, there is an extra tool kit in what looks like a Schedoni leather case. Look in your OM page 151. Around $1000 for the complete kit from various sources.

Additional toolkit bag C containing: jack and wrench to fasten the wheel stud
    bolts.

The floor of the trunk compartment lifts up, it should be in there.

A bit off topic but I considered getting a spare for my car but was presented with the dilemma of what do you do with the regular wheel? Since you're one of the few people that have a spare, any thoughts or plans with this?

    I had a similar issue.

I bought a box of industrial size / construction quality debris bags and carry one in the trunk.

Sure but where does that go when you use it? It doesn't seem like a 20" rim + tire fits in the trunk or even the passenger seat.
