What is the current market value for a 2008 F430 Berlinetta in Rosso Corsa with 5,000 miles?

Private party or from a dealer?

    Thank you

maybe closer to $140k+, only because it is an 08' (rather than 05' or 06' etc), and the low miles...what's strange for the F430's, is it appears there is not a major price differential between the coupes and spiders for some reason....BTW, pricing is all over the board. Lots of people are asking way too much....you will see the cars on the market for months and months...an 05' with 15k mi. is worth about $115-$120k, you will see them as high as $135k.

That is sure below wholesale value for an 08'.

Does the FML have any private parties selling 430s or is it dominated by dealer listings?

As I recall in the past, it was something like 10 to 1 dealer listings.

I think it will be tough to find a 2008 for 140K. First off, they made mostly scuds and spiders after 2007. Second, CC brakes became standard raising the base price quite a bit. With 2005s selling 110-125, I don't think 140 for an 2008 is realistic. But I agree that given the number of 430s for sale, they are likely to get cheaer in the months ahead.

I agree. 2008 for 140 is a bit low. I would be surprised if you got one for that.

I did not know that in 08' CC brakes became standard...it was a $15k option. Can you guys give me the run down...what is the life of CC brakes (in miles) and how much is it when you have to get a "brake job" on them....thanks!

The CCBs should last for relatively the life of the car if you don't track it. I've heard numbers as high as 20K to replace rotors and pads.

I have an 07 with CCBs. I love the look of the larger rotor and caliper plus no brake dust at all.

The pads will last the life of the car? That seems pretty unlikely. Or do you mean the rotors?

I asked this question at my dealership. The rotors last a long time, the pads do not. A set of pads is $750 (Canadian). A complete brake job is mucho dinero.

I'm quite sure CC pads are way more than that. 750 US is about what a set of steel brake pads cost.
