    Penske did not sign up for 2008 despite all the rumors, but Eddie Jordan did sign up for a new team in 2008.

    Could he be joking? Whenit comes time for the "show me the money" part, we'll see if he is for real.

    Meeting date is April 10 - Prodrive, Paul stoddart, Direxiv, Race Engineering and Eddie Jordan - it's going to be interesting to see who secures the spot. Race Engineering is running GP2, Prodrive has been so very successful in endurance/sports car racing, Eddie Jordan has been instrumental in F1.

    Time will tell . . .

    Aguri is looking smarter all the time. Sure, his team drags at the bottom of the barrel here in 06/07, but he's in the perfect place and already in for 08 as the regs change or to sell his team at that time.

    Well, as we found out all he needs to do is find an old F1 chassis sitting around on display in an airport terminal, dust it off and plop some untalented hack into the seat and he's got a team. It's called "The Aguri Plan".

    Plus they don't require that huge deposit anymore.
