Guys, my left rear is literally bald, the fronts are so so. I don't know whether to buy 1 or 2 replacement Pirelli P Zeros, or buy a complete of set something else cheaper. Anybody have any suggestions of something that they have used that is a good alternative?? Thanks, Don

My folks are using the Continental Extreme DWS on their '07 and seem to like them.

Installed Continental after my '09 Exec GT munched the OEM's. Examined tread pattern varieties opting for Extreme Contact DWS, exceptional rain tire.

Maserati recalled Quattroportes manufactured between July 3 and Sept. 30, 2008. Factory mismatch of tie-rods.

In other words, you are going to put your life at risk, and lifes of your passengers, because you don't want to spend some extra money on something that is the base of all traction and safety in a car?

That doesn't sound reasonable to me.

I believe that you should replace all 4 tires with PZero (Rosso?) tires, as suggested by Maserati, or something equivalent from another brand.

My sentiments exactly, I have thrown away better tires on mundane vehicles than many people drive on, simply for safety reasons. Regards, Ian
