Auction 2009 430 Scuderia Rosso Corsa on Cars&Bids

Hi Everyone,

First time selling a car in a long time, but I’ve decided to sell my 2009 430 Scuderia in classic Rosso Corsa. Well maintained, very clean, well cared for car. It’s been absolutely fantastic in so many ways, but it’s time to move on.

I acquired the car in late December 2016 with 18,735 miles with the intent of semi-daily driving it. The first couple of years did a few car meet ups, drove up to Monterey during car week (and it was a comfortable 5-6 hour drive. Super supportive seats in bumpy car mode and it was all good). In the past few years, I just haven’t had the time to drive it, and our family is really into RV trips now.

Clean title and Carfax. I’m the 3rd owner. The original owner purchased the car at Ferrari Newport Beach, CA. The 2nd owner lived in Corona, CA from what I understand (though the Carfax shows the car being registered in CT). I leased the car in late December 2016 (owner 3) through my company and when the lease ended, financed the car currently to purchase (owner 4), so I’m owner 3 and 4.

During the last annual I did at Ferrari Newport Beach around December 20, 2021 at 22,634 miles, I asked them to do a clutch reading (which showed 19.43% wear, or 80% life left) and battery reading (which showed “Good Battery”). I have all maintenance records during my ownership, but do not have the records from the previous owners.

I’m thankful for the ferrarichat forum which helped me do a lot of research on this car. I wasn’t looking for a low mileage garage queen. I wanted a car which was driven but well maintained, and that’s what I got, and therefore I’ve had zero issues with the car:
- Car has always been garaged indoors on a battery tender.
- Car starts right up, idles nicely.
- Transmission shifts cleanly (and gives you that punch in the back shifting at high RPMs).
- Air conditioning is ice cold
- Everything works in the car
- Car has not been tracked or abused
- Non-smoker

The car is not modified with the exception of:
a. Clear bra up the entire front fender/front hood and dash cam (2017 after I acquired the vehicle).
b. Ceramic coating (mid 2021)
c. Window tint (previous owner)

- Ferrari VIP Book (very cool, it shows the actual build pictures from this specific vehicle)
- Custom floor mats (we all know the Scuderia didn’t come with floor mats, but these are very nice ones from a custom floor mat manufacturer out of Canada who is on f-chat).
