Saw some pretty sweet cars in the 5-6pm hour today. parked in the north end was a maroon QP, black 348 TS (florida tags) and a silver DB9. Leaving the north end I saw a 993 cab, and 997 turbo. around tewksburyish area on 93 N, there was a silver 360 spider with a challenge grille. he was a few cars in front of me, and got off the exit, dont think he saw me. A few miles down the road, I saw another QP going south on 93. Then the best spot of the day, a red 1950s 300SL convertible. Sweet.
That was me... probably saw me parked at my fathers right after I got back from Boston Sports Car Company when they told me they believe the transporter that brought the car up, did indeed do damage to my clutch. Awesome!
yeah, i saw the car parked on the warf. did you see the guy in the red 355 parked next to it awkwardly taking pics...lol sucks about the clutch. hopefully you can file a claim against the transport company. Image Unavailable, Please Login
what color, where in NH? The only 300SLs on the local circuit that I know of have "300SL" or similar antique plates. Sucks about the 348 clutch, did you jot down the mileage in FL before they took her?
Other SLs look cloned but not as muscular. The 300SL was built after the Gullwing, so 1957-1963. The 190SL looks like a baby version, has fender flares, but is smallish and droopy/wimpy looking. Not sexy or fast. Your pic shows euro headlights, which to me look like crying eyes. The US spec lights have a chrome bezel with the turn signal at the bottom
I know the 190sl looks similar. I am POSITIVE that it wasnt a 190. I just wasnt sure if there were any other models that looked similar. It did have a lot of chrome iirc

Saw a gorgeous red 360 on Rt.110E close to the Chelmsford/Westford line driven by a man with white hair. He was gentle leaving the light but the exhaust sounded nice.

I've seen this car on Mill Rd in Chelmsford before, and I'd say its safe to say that seeing that car drive by me gave me a new appreciation for the 360. VERY clean car
Saturday in Newbury Port, a Red 550 Maranello. I was in my lotus and waved. Also saw a silver or storm titanium lotus Elise in a parking lot just north of Hampton Beach.

Just saw a red scud on rt9 east in natick. Saw a dark blue 89 Speedster 911 in Natick last week, rare. Dark green pantera in needham 2 weeks ago. Not many spots in NH lately, just a green 95 Viper and a silver R8 at Target Show. Talked to owner about upcoming events, good guy.
Spotted both a stunning Blue, then a Black Diablo in Bedford, NH over the last couple of days...Boy, they sure would make nice stablemates for my BB!!! WOW!! David
