There aren't a lot of places in Manhattan to guarantee good spots, but you should check out the Park Avenue Ferrari Showroom and Manhattan Motorcars. If you plan on coming out to suburbia at all, Sunday mornings on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT (about 20 miles north of NYC) is the best guaranteed spotting around.
