Sold 2010 458 Italia Red/Black, CPO, 16k miles So Cal

Hello all. Long time member. This is my 3rd Ferrari. 2010 458 Italia, OEM all around. Purchased in April 2020 from Southbay Ferrari, in Torrance, CA. This car is CPO and has about 10 months left on the powertrain warranty. The warranty was $9,900.00 for 2 years. Car has been problem free. I had PPI done by Craig at Fastcars Ltd, even though it was CPO. Annual was done in 2019, oil change in 2020. Car has about 16,800 miles. I had the car flat-bedded straight from dealer to Polish Protection in Signal Hill, for full paint-correction (really didn't need anyway), full gold-package ceramic coating, and full front PPF. The car just had its annual ceramic coating done 4 weeks ago. Car is due for its oil change, even though it only has been about 900 miles since it's last. Car is Rosso Corsa with full electric nero daytonas, cabon steering wheel, sport sills, and upgraded OEM wheels, tire are 65%+ tread remaining. Build-sheet attached.

PROS:
outside the car is a 9.5+ IMO. Looks better than when I purchased.
comes with 2 OEM keys, charger, OEM car cover, OEM seat covers, service records and warranty paperwork, manual, etc.
I am the 2nd owner only. Car has the original gurgle downshifts, as it appears the ECU was not flashed.

CONS:
the car was in a low-speed parking lot accident 10years ago that damaged rear bumper. It was fixed at Ferrari shop then, under insurance w/ full OEM parts, and paint, etc. I have pics from the incident from the dealer i bought it from. Car looks perfect IMO.
Inside is about a 8.5+ IMO, some shrinkage on driver's side dash and above the instrument cluster. The buttons are a tad bit tacky. They were cleaned by the dealer when I bought, and that was after the Dealer told me they were fine before the cleaning. Some people might not mind or simply anticipate? Seat wear is not bad for 16k mile car, aka better than you would expect (meaning minimal bolster wear for a car this age).
Car is in Orange County, California and has clear, lien free title. It is a 4th car for me, and I work 6-7 days per week, and simply don't drive and only have a 2 car garage. I am signing an agreement to build a new, out-of-state home this week, and the car would never make it up the drive approach angle there. This car is 100% garaged.

Like everyone else, hate to sell this beauty that took me a year to find. Many on this site know me, and know I take proper care of my cars. Price is $190k. PPI welcome. Fastcars charges $600.00. No trades wanted. DM me for more info. Price is firm. This car has the options you want with most desirable color combo, you want if looking for a red 458. The market out there is now non-existent practically for this color combo.

Guys, just been super busy and have not done anything about selling my 458 since posting really. Anyway, going to consign next week at local F-Car dealer unless someone on this site wants to save $10k-$20k, and buy direct. Thanks.
