    There has been and there will continue to be ample and spirited discussion of next year's Ferrari F1 lineup. I suggest we just write down who we believe (guess) will be driving the Ferraris next season. No comments, no reasons, no rants: just names. The thread should make for interesting reading when the truth is finally known.

    Let me start. Please no flames or rants!

    Julio Batista guesses:

    FA and GF will be the Ferrari drivers in 2010. Neither KR nor FM will be driving Ferraris.

    Ferrari A team: Massa, Raikkonen (to be replaced in 2011 by Schumacher)

    As LdM stated last week...we have plenty of drivers on our bench...
    KR, FM, Fisi, Bad and Gene...... FA is appearing to have to go elsewhere again for a year if he has already separated from Renault. Toyota are not renewing Trulli so why not there. They need the help!!! :)

    I think that's pretty close... I'd just make the following modification:

    2010:
    Ferrari A team: Massa and Raikkonen
    Ferrari B team: Alonso and Fisichella
    Michael Schumacher as test driver.​

    2011:
    Ferrari A team: Massa and Michael Schumacher
    Ferrari B team: Alonso and Raikkonen
    Fisichella moves to test driver role.​

    ...how quickly we all forget Lucas contribution to the team...
    Not sure why everyone is so quick to dismiss Kimi, wasn't he World Champion at one point?

    I'd really like to See Robert Kubica Team up with Kimi...
    And Maybe Michael or Alonzo in the THIRD Ferrari...

    Could be the current line up with or without FM as driver #1 or 2. FM is probably 50/50 right now with those closer to him having a better idea of what way he's really leaning.(or it could be too early to tell if he's marginal right now) FA probably not for next year at this point.

    Ferrari puzzles me.
    It will be based on Luca's emotional state.
    Kimi gone = "I made a mistake". Not going to happen.
    So we have Kimster and..
    Massa or Alonso.
    I think they will find a convenient way of retiring Massa as to turn down Alonso would just be plain stupid and Luca, er Ferrari, needs the wins.

    Massa or Raikkonen (Massa only if fit)

    BUT IF I WAS ON CRACK

    Michael Schumacher & the Ayrton Senna's ghost/ hologram. Now that would be wild. Or maybe even Michael Schumacher and that other great chapion of the 90's Jacques Villeneuve. Even better Damon Hill & Nelson Piquet Jnr. ??????? should I stop now.

    Head thinks - Kimi + Massa (Contracts are expensive and Santander are for the long term)

    Head wants - Alonso + Massa ( It will be funny to see Massa match or possibly better another champ for speed )

    Heart wants - Schumi + Alonso ( Just to see Alonso throwing the toys out the pram again. 8 is a nice number for titles)
