Maybe I don't understand some of the judging, but a few years ago a replica GT40 won best of show. I love a replica that is as close as you can get to the real historic beast, but they shouldn't even be in the voting except in a class for replicas. Not to mention that a 550 spider rep was best Porsche... Just kill me...

This year there are significant changes that are both expected and pushed for. I don't see that happening.

If he can get 5 judges who know their cars and aren't afraid to talk to owners, I think you'll see a different kind of award.

Allen- We have 5 judges signed up. Three from the Porsche Club and two from the BMW Club. Looking for someone in the Ferrari Community.

Ispeed- Can you help with the judging?

I would love to, but I am not the most qualified judge here of Italian machinery. I would be more than happy to give it my best effort if I still qualify.
    Carl

My personal nominee would be David Fineberg aka "fastradio" as he is one of the top experts on F cars in the northeast and takes his 365BB to the show every year.

Sounds like a good choice of judges!

I agree, David would be a good choice. He knows his cars. I also have someone else that doesn't visit this site in mind as well.

I don't mind being an alternative judge either.

Jeff, I just sent you two messages via Facebook. Please advise ASAP.

I think this idea will rock your attendance. And should be publicized on the Northeast Exotic Car Show's website.

Hey Tom Congrats on the Esprit sale.

Judging- I need a judge for the Lotus Class. So that would be great.

...It sure would be cool to get the car and the girl all in the same month. Looks like there is some room left on that blanket :)

I'll be calling you to get a ride in the Ferrari. Very nice car Tom.
