    Universal Autosports would like to cordially invite you to our first 2011 FCRA
    Championship Test Day! The event will take place on Sunday January 23, 2011 at Sebring Raceway. In partnership with Chin Motorsports, Universal Autosports has only a limited amount of cars that are available for this event. The test day will consist of small run groups (novice, intermediate & advanced), and more then 3 hours of track time will be available to each driver!

    Track support for the day will be provided by Universal Autosports for a fee of $600, and transportation is also available. Transport from the Cavallino Classic is available as well. Ferrari parts and telemetry will be provided by Taurino Racing.

    Please contact Chin Motorsports at (770) 378-1694 or www.chinmotorsports.com to make your track reservation.

    Please contact Universal Autosports at (516) 801-8201 to make your track support
    reservation and transportation arrangements. Ask for Jack or Pete.

    This does interest me but I have a few questions.

    I've done a lot of Chin Motorsports track weekends over the years and I really like the events that Mark and Maria put on.

    For this Sunday arrangement, will we be allowed open passing in one of the groups? Chin normally has a 'point by' rule and passing in designated areas only.

    I guess another way of asking my question is "how will this Sunday event be different that a regular Chin event".

    I look forward to your response. I may attend.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you for your interest. For this specific event, a very quick point by rule is in effect, however there will NOT be designated areas for passing, and passing will be permitted everywhere on the track. Chin Motorsports is anticipating many advanced drivers for this event, and has informed us that there should be very little chance of getting held up on the track.

    We look forward to hopefully having you for the event.

    This is reasonable and I will see if I can make this work with my schedule. Odds are better than 50/50.

    I'm racing at Road Atlanta this weekend. It's cold but still a great time.

    Paul if you told me that you were at Road Atlanta this weekend i would have come there to see you . Help you with possibly getting the car set up right . any way let me know next time

    Paul there is a red run group with chin. You can pass anywhere.

    Yes we can do track support on Saturday if clients wish to go and book with us in advance....we planned the original date for Sunday only because we figured many people will still be at Cavallino Concourse Show. Give me a call to discuss. Thanks.
