    I hope FA is somewhere in the front row...he looks in great shape, hope he gets a jump in the start of the race and wins. they seem to have the red cars pretty competitive now. and race pace has always been better than quali..so fingers crossed.

    Commentators say that Vettel retires his helmet and gloves, requiring a new design every time he wins a race. Therefore, he has lots of memorabilia to sell on when he retires.

    Interesting thought. I'd prefer to think there was some racer reason for it rather than just wanting to cash in later, but ok. :)

    Well of course there's a reason for it...he's simply taken advantage of Redbull's willingness to indulge his every whim while he's winning. While I wouldn't be shocked if he was indeed stockpiling used gear to sell later in life, I doubt that's the reason. Having to guess, I'd say he probably retired the helmet/gloves after his first win at TR and it just became a superstition type thing. I just don't see Vettel being a helmet peddler.

    I just looked at "ALG" in the drop zone. Without my glasses, ALG looks like ALO on my TV screen and I had a "WHAAAA?!?!?" moment. :eek:

    It's wishful thinking at best to bet against RB/Vettel. No matter what new parts other teams develop, they will not catch up.

    Its amazing how well the car works. Its got the karma other teams are struggling so hard to find. It appears tailor made for Vettel.

    Massa on soft and for most of the top teams now. LH on hard is fast.
