Its a team sport and the rule is BS. Teams should be allowed to do what they want.

ok I have read some crazy stuff in this forum, but this comment coming from people who know nothing regarding car design and/or aero or driving styles, undoubtedly makes me laugh the hardest. For crying out loud Schu haters, get over yourselves. Look at the lap times, Michael dominated and everyone knows it so go ahead and keep your blinders on and set to, " blinding hate" mode.

People here need to have a look at previous race forums and view their comments just so they know how they sound.

Michael has a great race and it's, "hooray everyone else except Michael"

Michael has a bad race due to a technical problems and it's, "Michael is a bum and needs to retire".

Michael has a great race but makes a small mishap the same as many others are having and it's, "I ignore the facts of the race and concentrate on the one incident and he needs to retire because he is a rookie".

Fickle pickle bunch those Schu haters are.

Andreas no offense but you need some glasses. I know you don't like MS one bit, but considering what happened today with him, he did a great job, better than Nico. Fine MS made a mistake, but so did Hamilton and a few other drivers. In the early stages of the race MS was one of the fastest cars, actually he set fastest laps a few times. His start was good, whereas Nico's sucked and passed two cars the next lap. After his incident he was 17th and drove the car back up to 9th. At that point Heidfeld was holding him up, where Nico had a hard time holding of Perez. I remember MS went around Perez in the beginning. The old man did great today and IMO is on par with his teammate.

Do you and many others here not see the BIG picture here? One way or another Vettel has to give up some ground and its starting to happen. Just watch the next 6 or 7 races and keep an open mind while doing so. Then in the last few races Vettel blows em all away again.

The haters will always hate. Imagine how they would be if MS was winning in a Mercedes.

I said that after Turkey 2010 when Webber's engineer "forgot" to tell Webbo to move over for Vettel and Horner/Mateschitz ridiculed Ferrari for using team orders.

ROFL, like that's ever gonna happen

Vettel's points lead is so enormous that he no longer needs to win races. Whether there is a FIA conspiracy or not, he will no longer go for the win at all cost. Now the only thing for him that matters is to score some points to keep the lead, which he will.

Do you suspect another riveting storyline similar to the last few years, brought to you by Bernie et al, to keep us glued to our seats?

+1 on Tifosi12 last comment above. It's Vettel's championship to lose.

Well, he needs about 5 DNF's to lose it because we already know RB won't let it be Weber.

Situation might be different if Aircon and Moretti would drink more RedBull. ;)

I guess the German speaking market is still more important to them than the Australian one.

PS: Would be interesting to see some RB sales numbers for both markets. Particularly before and after Vettel's first WDC.

They never ever seem to pay attention to the facts, like lap times and sector times, or a technical issue with the car. Everything is black and white against Schu with them. It's asinine. I just remember they are the minority and Schu is still the most loved driver on the grid

Why does this surprise you?. Easiest way for RB to calm the "Bernie needs TV ratings BS" is to purposely fumble a couple of pitstops ... thus they can keep their clever car design :).

And can we all agree now that RB have team orders and Webber has a right to be upset ... saying that if he could only get the fncken thing off the line then it would not be an issue, so Webber if you are reading this, go and do a couple of hundred practice starts mate. You are worse than MS who has the record for being the worse starter in F1 history.

Seriously man. Your hate for Schu has blinded you. Nico was struggling the entire race. Schu drove the pi$$ out of that car and slid ONE time the same as everyone else had. Kob went wayyyyyy wide and everyone saw that. Get over it, it was a bad call and everyone agrees with that except the Schu haters.

Where are you when I say ANYTHING about the facts or when he has an amazing race or amazing lap etc.......ugh

Have to agree with Ferraripilot, MS was fast yesterday ... he made one big and noticeable mistake but otherwise as Brundle said he was "on it".

He was def on it for much of the race, but even he admitted post race that he made an error and caused the crash.

Sticking my neck on the chopping block probably, but Lewis Hamilton is out of control. I am sure I will be told its an uneducated opinion from a newbie, but as I see it the guy would be great in NASCAR.
No doubt he is a talented driver. It just seems to me that this year he is driving with more anger and not skill. He drove right into Massa. Lewis made a brilliant pass on the right earlier in the race and didn't need to make contact then, what changed? This isn't his first "stabbing" this year either.
Overall, what I thought would turn out to be a boring race was filled with all kinds of drama!

He was on the left this time ! When Massa is on the right of Lew, Massa's sidepod is usually attacked by Lew's right front tire, rubbing is racing.

Jeez,... what's with all the Nico bashing?

Has anyone considered Nico may have been on a wet set-up? Over the year, Nico has bettered Schumi... and it's not even close.

I'd wager that Mercedes split their strategy... Nico on wet. Schumi on dry.
