Too overdone. Almost looks like a kit car or a Gallardo with tons of aftermarket stuff on it. Regular LP560-4 is the best looking of the bunch for me! Besides, why pull the trigger on a model that's going to be replaced just any minute now. Hopefully it will not be a lazy design upgrade as Murcielago -> Aventador...
Its basically created to compete against Ferrari's 16M. Its a Superleggera spider. I've driven it and is is quite an amazing car. Great sound with the top down under full acceleration. Very much the same driving experience as the 16M except with 4 wheel drive. It is a bit fatiguing to drive, but with the top up its pretty quiet in side. The seats were a bit uncomfortable for a long drive, but its the ultimate bar hopper. I don't think there's an opportunity to flip the car for a profit as there will be cars available at the dealerships at list. Here's a video on the car. I think it's hot as hell, but they are doing what Aston Martin is doing: They created a design so good that all their new cars, even replacement models, look pretty much the same. I call it the Audi-syndrome...
What is so brilliant about it? The only thing it has going for it, looks wise, is the fit and the finish. Now if you are an OCD sufferer, then that must be like heaven, but to normal people it is all right. Frankly, the Aventador looks a bit awkward. The front is lean and mean, and the rear is big and beefy, and those two attributes don't go together well.

Yes, .... I agree. Looks like they went to Pepboys or bought a bunch of stuff from the J.C. Whitney catalog and bolted in on this car. Don't do it Roy. If you do buy it, ... maybe you can get those kids from Fast and Furious to drive it for you
Compete against a car that went out of production more than a year ago? Well, now Ferrari will have to come up with something to beat the Diablo. heehee Or below list before long, if recent history at my friendly local Lambo dealer is any guide. How do you like it compared with a normal 560-4 Spyder?
I hate to keep using the comparison, but it's like the Scuderia to the F430. It doesn't have that refined feel to it. Its much more of an engaging drive. More visceral. Gives you chills up your leg when you drive it....
