Too early for me Is, I have done my time drinking that stuff in the past tho, £1.00 a pint in Ibiza keeps you wired all night...
Care to argue the counterpoint to it? It's upsetting because Schumacher's car is either broken, someone else breaks it, or someone runs into him on track ruining his race. All the while HE has spent the last two years building up a team only to not reap any of the benefits from it. It's downright sad
Vodak sounds like a bad tinfoil alien from a 1950's sci-fi flick. Vodak the Destroyer and Mumbler of Worlds.
Did you follow F1 at the beginning of millenium? Did you see how many times Kimi's McLaren let him down? And did you see how many times your hero benefitted from that? Oh and btw: The car MS chose for his comeback just won the WDC and WCC the previous year. So are you saying that MS' development work made the car worse?
Yer on a roll today. Put down the pipe. I love and respect Ken but MB was dominant in the teens the thirties and the fifties.
+1 Kimi has earned his stripes in F1 by arguably being the quickest guy around. He's had so much bad luck over his years, it surely cost him the one championship in 2003 and maybe even more. So far it seems Schumacher has used up all his luck at Ferrari. 4 terrible races. he actually did ok today, but save for Buttons retirement, he would be out of the points. The car is clearly not working in these temperatures. He got relatively close to Rosberg.
Luck comes n goes...may have cost him in 2005 but it helped him in 2007....awesome job by the team today.
MB might not be so happy to be reminded of its racing history in the thirties... http://motoring.ninemsn.com.au/cars/features/1020966/when-hitler-ran-the-silver-arrows Image Unavailable, Please Login
You are picking and choosing facts as they suit you rather like CNN. Brawn dressed down the 09 team to nothing and sold it as a skeleton unto to MB. You know better than this. How many time did Kimi build a team and then real the benefits?? None. That said, I'm very happy for his podium and the fantastic turn of events this season is becoming.
Being compared to CNN's journalistic standards? Wow, thank you. I take that as a huge compliment. I think there is a NOT missing in that sentence.
The shoe is complaining about the tyres, he feels tyre management is not what F1 should be about. Also Ham v Nico no penalties issued, I think.
Alonso was raging about Nico as well, but I think no action has been taken, DC reckons what he did to Ham was worse anyway.
Agree Bas. Just finished watching the race on DVR, and was very impressed by Kimi and I am using him as my favorite driver this year since Rubens left. Love his perspective of not being pleased as a driver with second place but still happy for the team. Love the mix of winners too this year. Hammy got screwed by his team in the pits. Memories of RB flashing into my head there LOL. In any case the championship is still wide open. Sorry to say Ferrari likely won't be a player in it, but Alonso is still one of if not the best driver on the grid. MB
