    Any info or procedures to remove headrest? Owner wants a change and getting push back from dealer for liability of course. She is a petite lady and headrest is ineffective in all positions and uncomfortable. Thought it would be easy, but of course it is not. I have an idea of how it is installed, but not 100% sure of my findings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a lurker, but have been for years. Thank you.

    Posted this question too soon. A few more minutes and I found the clips. Hidden pretty good. The headrest slide up and down on fixed post (as most of you know) and I had pulled the trim in the area, but little clips where hard to see. All good. Now I hope she does not crash it.
