Very well optioned 2012 Ferrari Italia for sale. 15,200 miles . $222,000 Purchased from McLaren of Houston six years ago. 15,200 miles. Option sheet below. We are the second owners. Reason for sale is my wife rarely drives car. We have two Ferrari's and barely drive either. We are not in a position where we are forced to sell. Highlights include new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires with four wheel alignment with less than 1000 miles. New battery one month ago. Last service was done one year ago so it is due for a service time-wise, but not mileage wise. It is been driven less than 1000 miles in a year. Seven-year annual service provided by Ferrari of Houston, then Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale, then independent factory trained Ferrari technician. Zero mechanical problems. Mechanically sound. Never had any mechanical issues. It drives like a dream. Factory bicolore roof. Racing seats with white stitching. Front lift. LED steering wheel, custom floor mats etc. See option sheet below. Two keys, all manuals, cover etc are present. I'm giving full disclosure regarding cosmetics . It had two minor body repairs done at same time. Both resolved for $1500. See photos. No accidents. My wife backed into mailbox causing scrape at driver's rear quarter panel, then unknown damage by someone on the front bumper, maybe a shopping cart? Sticky buttons have been refurbished. There is some shrinkage of leather on the dash. It seems to have come unglued at angle of windshield. I didn't notice. The last perspective buyer pointed it out to me. Blame Ferrari for that. It is inexcusable IMO for that to happen. It has always been garaged. Two of the wheels have very minor curb rash about the size of a fingernail. The passenger mirror has a small fingernail -sized scrape. It was supposed to be covered when we had body work done, but they missed it. It looks like they touched it up a bit . Its not noticeable unless you look for it. See photos. Otherwise the car is absolutely cosmetically immaculate. No rock chips. It was ceramic coated after we bought it. This is a very well optioned car and personally I don't know how a car gets much better than this. It drives great, shifts great, looks great. We drove it home from Houston when we picked it up so that accounts for about 10% of mileage. I have a manual shift 430 spider and had actually considered selling that one instead. Serious inquiries only please. I will not respond to low ball offers. Please don't waste each others time. Again we do not have to sell this car. This is the one most of you are looking for based on doing a bit of research. I know we didn't see another one like this when we were looking. There are a lot of 458's for sale, but very few like this one. It's time for someone else to enjoy it. I can send you a walk around video on request via email. PM me . Enclose your email address and/or phone # with all questions. We will go from there. Some of the photos don't pick up white stitching very well. I even tried again. The stitching is white, and not discolored or off in any way. ZFF67NFA4C0185226 As noted it's on one of the pics; but also good to have it searchable in text on this post, in case a future potential owner wants see the extent of the paint touch ups in the future.
Very good price and example in this market. Sure it will go quick! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
If got what he was asking that’s a fair price in this market. Guy in our club just sold his 2010 fairly well optioned 458 with a very small accident (little paint work but not a big deal) and 15k miles for $228k. I’d say it was in moderate shape with normal chips in wheel arches etc. Went to dealer yesterday to look at an Italia and they were asking $235k and I offered $225k and they gave a firm “no”. It was a 2011 in decent shape and had some paint work from a light accident. Dealers and collectors know these will be one of the last “Ferrari to have”. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
