    Join us March 10th for an exclusive Ferrari owner tour of AMP beginning at 9:30 am sharp. Asphalt crews mobilized this past Friday to pave the final section of the track this week so those of you that can make the tour will be among the first to experience the entire track.

    A few recent highlights
    - Geobrugg F1 debris fence installation
    - Runoff zones being shaped and filled
    - Concrete in hot pits area
    - Phase 1 garage unit complete
    - Grass! :)

    Tours are limited to 15 spots. Kindly reply to this thread and PM me for confirmation to attend one of our last group tours before opening.

    We are looking forward to a great group of Ferrari's! We will be finished by 11:00 for those of you who continue your day with a North Georgia group drive.

    We could leave from the Starbucks off of GA-400 in Cumming at about 8:40.

    And maybe we could follow this with a drive to Wolf Mountain for lunch??

    I would love to go, but that's the same week-end as Amelia Island where the Ferrari 250GTO is the featured car. I'll have to stop by another day.

    Great to see you yesterday! What did you think? Sorry we couldn't manage any elevation changes in the track. Flat as a pancake, right? ;)

    I like that idea. I've already visited AMP earlier in the Fall and live just down the road from Wolf Mountain, so I could make it up there to see everyone.

    Hi Trip, sorry I've been away from things for a little while and didn't get to post this. Glad you are getting a good crew for the tour. I would love to be there but that's my daughter's ice skating competition (you think Ferraris are expensive, wow) and I really can't miss that.

    Looks like the weather forecast improved, with rain no longer an issue.

    Let's meet at the Starbuck's on GA-141 just east of GA-400 exit 13. We'll leave no later than 8:40.

    For anyone who wants to join me afterwards for lunch at Wolf Mountain, shoot me a PM (including number of people) before 11 PM on Thursday, and I'll make a reservation.

    Those attending our Ferrari tour tomorrow morning will be the very first group to experience AMP's complete track! The bridge at Turn 11 is open as of this morning - yes, the infamous bridge that begins the hill climb to the Turn 12 blind right corner. :)

    For any last minute lunch goers, I reserved two tables at Wolf Mountain, telling them that we may have as few as two people, but they were willing to keep the two tables available at 12 PM. If anyone still wants to come, there'll be room for you.

    That was a fun day! Only 2 Ferraris joined me at Starbucks, and one of them (Andy's 360) wouldn't be going, since his daughter was doing a cheerleading competition at the World Congress Center. (How'd she do, boss?)

    Young Kevin showed up ready for action, with two cameras and a camera mount. We hopped on GA-400 and made good time, arriving at the track at about 9:15, to find that some of the others had beaten us there. We eventually had 8 Ferraris (and a Mitsu Lancer Evo) with nice variety: 8s and 12s, new and not-so-new. (As is often the case, I had the oldest nail there.)
