I went to drive the FF on beautiful San Francisco sunny day and I got the inertia switch failure indicator. Basically a gas fuel pump with a slash through it. The starter worked but it did not start. Has anybody seen this one before?

Course it was in my garage and I could not get it into neutral to get towed. Turned out original owner used the tool and damaged it, that is required to put it into neutral. The dealer is sending there's over, so I can try again this afternoon. I have only seen one other post on a 550, and they said it was an easy fix. I hope so, with this great weather I want get out driving. Anyone seen this error before?

Hopefully you will be able to get back on the road soon. With so many cars nowadays having electric parking brake, I'm wondering what is the benefit of it. Electric parking brake seems like an unnecessary headache. What's wrong with the trustworthy hand and foot parking brake?
