2012 FF - system reboots while driving

Hi everyone, I have experienced an unusual problem with my FF and was wondering whether anyone could help me out. 44k miles, no major problems so far.

Occasionally while driving (doesn't matter what speed) the instrument panel and media system will go blank for a second and then reboot. It's like when you first enter the car and put the key in the ignition and it powers up. The dashboard lights come on and it beeps twice. But this is happening while the engine is already on and the car is being driven.

I've scanned the system with an Autel tool and I can't spot anything but there are a bunch of 'U' codes which is referring to communication issues with the various systems.

Anyone experienced anything similar? It sounds like it could be a NITS problem.
