Not crazy about e-cars but always liked the look of these. Has more character than the Tesla. It's a shame these didn't succeed in the e-car business.

What support do these have for service and repair?

Did anyone ever get the Corvette drivetrain conversion successfully worked out?
    Conversion cost + $46K = Awesome.
Love the looks of these (and this is a beautiful color combination), just not the iffy drivetrain.

I read that Bob Lutz is doing conversions at a Detroit factory along with building new H1 Hummers for the Chinese market.

i was looking at these in earnest up to last week. and i will likely be getting one at some point.
what is important is the maintenance and updates that have been done.
software updates on this one? and who did them?
and many of them seem to have dud batteries, so any changed out yet? and who did it?
many also seem to have door pull issues - minor but has this one been done?
they seem to eat tires - likely due to the 5300 pounds they are lugging around. are these the original tires or second ones?
what charger comes with the car?

feel free to pm me if you like. despite buying the CL550 i am susceptible....

The conversion car is called a Destino by VLF (has LS9 Corvette Engine) - The "L" is Lutz and "F" is Fisker who are partners

    Destino V8 ? VLF Automotive

The new Karma is call a "Revero", by Karma Automotive that bought the Fisker assets after bankruptcy and rebooted production
