awesome Joe, congrats and welcome back to the 'high maintenance club'! Now cover it up quick before the wife sees!
We always seem to draw the unique. This thing is incredible. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I especially loved the "truck nuts" chained to the hitch. They are a pair of real threaded nuts weighing about 10lbs. each. Hummer, what Hummer. Oh, you mean the one under my rear tires. ha, ha, ha. And the hydraulics on this are incredible to look at. So many couplings mounted on the front bumper. A great site to see up close in person. Thanks
In case one gearstick isn't enough. (Note: most of these are actually hydraulic control valves for the various remotes -- not all are shown!) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Poor quality ipod touch shots I'm afraid. Control panel is labeled with obscure hieroglyphs which only space aliens can properly interpret. Gratuitous inclusion of mondi for scale comparison in second photo; yes the tops of the tires are well above my roof. Another tidbit: the thing has air-over-hydraulic brakes and this allows the headlights to be conveniently pressurized for river fording and the like. Tally Ho! Guys, We need to setup an event to F1 outside for go-cart racing. What a blast!! Very close to racing your car on the track. $75-80 a person for 3 races if we have a group of 12 or more and you run the bigger track configuration. here are some photo's. I have some video to edit and will post as well. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hello everybody! It's supposed to be another spectacular day tomorrow. Any interest in a drive down to The Spot in the Groton/Mystic area? Or really anywhere for lunch, for that matter? I hear good things about the Twisted Kilt. -Olin
I was supposed to be in Ocean City MD right now. Schedule was changed due to kids work. Not leaving till Monday morning now. Not sure If i'm coming in the morning or not. I'll have to ask the boss and I'm afraid.
What a beautiful morning. We were graced with over 35 perfect examples of the reason we gather every Sunday. Our venue was graced with a a good sprinkling of our normal attendee's plus a few occasional s. We had a 458 Spider, a 250, and an F-40 along with all our other friends driving 308's through 430's and a smattering of Porsche, Lotus, Alfa, and Viper. Pics please....mine suck.
Darn it. We hosted a party Saturday night and had to go to another one Sunday, so no way to make it to GB Sunday morning. Sorry I missed what sounds like an excellent turnout.
This past Sunday there was some discussion regarding meeting up in GBury and heading over to LaSalle en mass. I'll second the thought and get the ball rolling. The per-registered folks associated with the Kid Cruise should follow the instructions for arrival as provided by the organizing commitee. as for the rest of us, I suggest we treat it like a normal Sunday. Those planning on attending will head over at about 10:00. Who's in?
