    Happy new year guys!.
    Lane i wish for you its not Lyme. It is far from fun... When i got it, it started with one thing, then a few other things pop up, then 1/2 of my face was totally num.. If you have more than 1 symtom, like a mild fever or other aches / flu symtoms then it is likely lyme. other wise just like the rest of us you are getting old...

    Lane, hope the knee recovers quickly. You should be able to have an MRI for much less than that.

    Lane, sorry to hear about your knee. Hope it turns out to be nothing serious.

    Jay, the wall in my office is now officially off and running in 2012 now that the Ferrari calendar is in place. I am getting withdraw... I need to find another F-Car and fast.

    What a day yesterday and what a turnout for the second Sunday in January.

    Looks like the DD will be out for this sunday. Weather says snow showers. Oh well guess it couldn't last all winter. Fun while it did.

    Hope your right. I would be happy with no snow this season. we had enough last year and during Halloween to cover us for this season

    Sunday looks like very cold but clear. Might make the trip again and shoot for 3 Sundays in a row in January no less. Might get Brett to bring his Quattroporte too.

    Let me know if Brett is going to bring the Quattroporte... if he brings that out, I might swing by... that would be worth braving the cold for.

    With an overnight low of 8 degrees Saturday night and a high Sunday predicted to be 26 degrees, not sure how those tires are going to feel .....

    Everyone got there snow tires on and ready for Sunday? Had to get up early on Tuesday and swap the snows on before heading to work. So they may be on for the rest of the winter :(

    Yup. The dailty driver got the snows on. I really hope it just rains this weekend. I dont want to break out the snow blower this season.

    Much better but not right yet thanks. At least I'm off crutches. I thought the problem might have been structural so I went to the orthopedist first. He thought it was Lyme and started me on Meds assuming as much. Got blood work which took a while but came back negative. He told me to get off the meds. By that time the knee was much improved and I was walking gingerly but adequately. He wanted the MRI and I was stalling trying to get my insurance in order. After 2 days off the meds, the pain was coming back and the knee was slightly re-inflated. I went to my General Practitioner who confirmed absolutely it was Lyme. He made excuses for the other doctor (some crap about false negatives) and restarted the meds. That was yesterday. We'll see how it goes but I feel good about the prognosis. Thank GOD its not driving season.

    FYI...Wifey is losing her sympathy for me so its kind of a ***** around here hence my Facebook post. If you see anything on the news...either I was with you all night or you knew she had it in for me.
