2012 Weekly Photo Challenge on Flickr

A friend is starting a weekly photo challenge on Flickr in 2012 where a new subject is selected weekly and you have a week to take and post the picture to a Flickr group. It is open to anyone and is a great way to challenge yourself to think creatively and take pictures of things you may not normally shoot. It also keeps you using your camera when you otherwise might not be inclined to take pictures every week.

It is open to anyone, feel free to join. I have found that the more people involved, the better.

The list of topics from the 2011 one is shown on that link above. Some topics for the 2012 challenge may be the same, but I believe most will be different.

I know there are a lot of talented photographers on here with Flickr accounts, so I thought I would pass this on. If there is enough interest here, we could even make a showcase thread on Ferrarichat just for the challenge.

If anyone else is considering it, it is open to anyone of any skill level. It is just a fun way to be creative and use your camera every week.
