    The Superbowl, the world championship, the world series of bass fishing is going on now in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm so excited and sure everyone else is too. Hope no city slicker power hungry moderator moves my thread out of "Sports". They are 3 hours in and Michael Iaconelli is in the lead.

    Didn't they do this a few years ago in Pittsburgh, and the winner caught something like 12lbs TOTAL?

    maybe that's why many don't bass fish in Pittsburg. :) If you grow up around here catching 5 pounders all the time and 10 pounders now and then you LOVE bass fishing. :) seriously, I think they like to put the Classic and most tourneys on tough bodies of water to really challenge the anglers. there have been several of those tourneys were 10 lbs a day is good.

    Cliff "game face" Pace won the $500,000. Good for him, but man he's boring compared to most of the others. He didn't smile once.

    He is a patient of mine, as well as his wife. She comes in quite a bit for routine stuff, Cliff on the other hand, toothaches only.

    very cool, he is evidently a really nice and humble, just not a screamer like Ike. :) today at the Lake Falcon tournament he stopped and helped a fellow angler with broken prop during the tournament!
