Anyone in the area thinking of attending? Road America! http://www.fca2013.org/
I once had the opportunity to ask Mario Andretti what his favorite road course anywhere in the world was, and he said Elkhart Lake - because the (F1) car could really stretch its legs. Sounds good to me!!

I trying to decide if I/we should try to convince Ferrari of Washington (and/or another dealer or carrier?) to take a transport over. Maybe wishful thinking for FoW, but I keep asking them about track events, and they keep saying there's a chance. Maybe if we get enough people they'll get interested. Thoughts? Other options?

yeah current buyers should join forces and put a little pressure on... it probably cost them too much money with little return on investment. No idea but FOW track events were awesome when they used to have them.

I'm thinking about going - and really *WANT* to go - but time committments to other activities and budget constraints are slowly pushing the Elkhart Lake trip aside..... We'll see....

Gave up on FOW a long time ago. Different organization with different goals, but do really miss getting out on track with other Ferraris - especially with on site support from FOW. Glen bailed me out a number of times.

There are no restrictions on mentioning 2014 although we want as big a group at Elkhart Lake as we can.

Also, for those thinking of shipping their car check Ferrari Club of America 2013 International Meet for the listing of the transport sponsor.

I think you're going to have a good turnout. I hear Ostoff is already sold out and the concours has outgrown their grounds.

Osthoff has sold out of their regular 1 bedroom guest rooms. Suites and 2 bedrooms remain available. Siebkens and Victorian Village are already getting reservations.

The concours WILL be at Road America. The quantity of expected cars is more than the grass area at Osthoff can hold (as done in 2009).

Those of the original FCA founders that can will be there. Dick Merritt is a yes.

Most of the past FCA presidents that are still with us will be there too.

Challenge Club Racing will have some of their races.

Going to try to beat the Silverstone record for single gathering of Ferraris.

Some interesting things are still to come.
