Is it true that I can't attend, if a don't show a car?

You needn't show a car to attend. It's an open concours. However, breakfast and lunch tickets are included in the registration packet.

I will be there and friend from down here will be bringing his TR also. We are driving up together Sunday morning. Anyone else from here that is going and who would like to caravan, let me know.

 

My first but I have been told its a great show. Weather looks just right.

 

Just to confirm, anyone can attend this event as a spectator? If true, is there a cost of admission?

 

Spectator admission , no car is $10.

I'm trying to decide if I want to drive up for this or Cars and Croissants.

 

Are there any car washes in the area of the show. I am driving two plus hours and would like to at least get a good spray wash to get the road crap off the car. Thanks in advance...

I'm just going to take the ride up and make a day trip out of this event. I can swing by New Hope or Princeton for lunch/dinner on the way home.

I did email Dave though; I'm curious to if there is a dress code.

Great time! I enjoyed the judging... and to whoever was part of the incident with the 355s that collided, my heart goes out to you both. I was 10 cars down when I heard that, judging the 360s, and that is a sound I won't soon forget unfortunately.

 

I enjoyed this event. The cars and people were great

 

Stopped by for a bit towards the end of the meet. Whoever had the two 355s that hit, the only silver lining to the accident is it looks like a crack to the bumpers of both cars. Perhaps the only "accident" a low nose relatively later model Ferrari (i.e. 348/355/360/430) can have an not affect value if replaced with a new OEM part. It didn't look like either was damaged on the fender or other area of the body.

It's fairly common for noses on these cars to be repainted from stone chips, so replacing the bumper and painting it the correct color should be OK. I personally wouldn't deduct value from either car assuming the paint is a perfect match on the bumper, which it will likely be if they go to a quality body shop.

One guy forgot to set the parking brake and the car was in neutral...it rolled into the other parked car. I'm sure it wasn't a good sound...


I loved the three 275s parked together! I wish I could experience driving one of those once...the values are so high now on those cars! One of them was a 4 cam...
