Has anyone had the following warning lights show up all at one time? Is so what did the dealer say it was? Thanks

    ECS Failure go to dealer
    ABS failure go to dealer
    ASR failure go to dealer
    Park off
    Suspension light stay on.

Car is less than 1 month old with 500 miles

I've seen that happen a few times before, I'm not sure if you have exactly the same fault codes, but from memory I think they are quite similar.

In both cases, the problem was in the battery. The first case had a defective battery, which was replaced under warranty. The second case had a voltage drain.

Both cases caused the battery to always be "under-powered" thus produced all sorts of electrical faults.

I would suggest you check the condition of the battery first, then see if there is an electrical power drain. Of course your case could be something completely different, but checking the above two things is real easy, worth checking.

Hmmmmm. Well, I would broaden this debate to include other incompetence. For example, newspaper headlines I never expect to see:
“Maserati dealer claims he knows what is going on”.
About a month ago after weeks and weeks of debate and discussion, a friend bought an in stock 2013 model MC Stradale. His issue was seating. He wanted to be able to take his kid in it so his preference was for a 4 seat car. The dealer was adamant no such car was mooted or wanted by the market and the GranTurismo Sport filled that niche. So my friend – wanting an MC Stradale – was persuaded to go for the 2013 model MC with regular seat belts (so the kids can sit in the seat safely) and no roll cage. He sends the bank wire and we drive the car out of the showroom. Three weeks later – yes three weeks – Maserati announce the 4 seat MC Stradale at Geneva. Everyone associated with Maserati in the UK claims they had zero idea this was coming. A likely story.
As a comparison, last week I made a call to my local Ferrari dealer saying “I too am tempted to switch to a 4 seat car and whilst the forthcoming 4 seat MC Stradale is interesting, what you can you tell me about the Ferrari California”. As well as availing me with the details of all their available cars, his first words – literally – were “the new version California will be coming in a year’s time”.
So to the final comment above, this would be the second or third time I have “given the dealer hell” and I don’t have the energy for it any more because it makes no difference. Maserati is the unloved part of the Fiat Group, customer care is non-existent, brand management is hit and miss at best.
Random individual incompetence is forgivable, but serial corporate incompetence is – frankly – a fact of life with this brand.

I have owned several Maseratis, and couldn't disagree more.

I love the cars, the brand, and have been well-cared for by the dealer.
I have logged tens of thousands of miles in Maseratis over the years and have found the reliability to be on the same order as any Japanese car I have known.

They are beautifully styled, have interiors that scream luxury, exhaust notes that will make just about any Ferrari jealous, comfortable, reliable, dare I say practical.

My current ride, a 2012 Gran Turismo S, has a gorgeous sport exhaust and a ZF auto that will happily either sit in auto mode or paddle-shift with amazing down-shift throttle blips and exhaust over-run crackles. Driving under a bridge, or next to buildings downtown (no tunnels here) you would think you're in the Monaco Grand Prix!

Luv 'em and plan on buying more over the years.
