Guys, Have they made any improvements to GT500 suspension? Does it get the launch control from the Boss 302?
I heard it through the grapevine that pricing is at mid-low 60's, with high 60's being the options watermark.

Pricing is $1,500 more than in 2012. Yes, the Shelby is around 63k here in Canada, and around 54k for the boss

Geez, damn socialists stealing our Mustang info! http://mustangsdaily.com/blog/2012/03/02/build-and-price-the-2013-mustang-in-canada/ link: http://www.ford.ca/app/en/fo/year/2013/vehicle/mustang.html
In other news, I'm going to drive the 2013 Mustang this morning. Still not looking for LEDs from China.
Cool. Our local new car show is this weekend and they're advertising a '13 Boss as on display; I hope it isn't a no show. Also, the '13 configurator is up.
Yup, you guys are getting delivery already....that new blue and got have it green is looking fantastic.
Grabber blue...love it...a shame that these are crappy cell pics... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
While we wait for his thoughts... http://www.autoblog.com/2012/03/19/2013-ford-mustang-gt-first-drive-review/ Image Unavailable, Please Login
Was my thinking as well ....the ragtop market is slim, and the gt convertible has no competition...BMW,Benz,Lexus,Audi ...nothing really in the market that has what it has, I would put th Boss more on the M3 level.
Sorry, busy working, driving cars, all of that crap. The 5.0 is no M3 killer. That's cheap fodder for a uninspired writer and a website that treats an auto mfr's CEO's underwear change as news. I digress... Anyway, the 2013 Mustang is all about numerous refinements, making it better all around, thankfully, not worse. The six speed is still the cheapo Chinese-made transmission, which works great everywhere but the track (where it grenades), and the revised 5.0 adds a touch more power, which is never a bad thing. The Recaro seat option is fantastic, but I prefer my Recaros covered in cloth, thank you very much, unlike the one I drove. The green makes it stand out like a sore thumb everywhere you go. The Track Apps stuff (basically replaces aftermarket data acq stuff) is interesting to perhaps 1% of Mustang buyers, but that's OK. Want a drag strip light tree? It's got it. Most of the changes are on the outside, all of which are for the better. Some of them, however, smack of desperation, as in, "did you guys run out of good ideas, so you did that?" This is the one I drove and I guarantee that I extracted more out of the car and had more fun than any so-called journalist on that junket. Image Unavailable, Please Login
so you can buy it with Recaros and track logging, but if you take it to the track the gearbox craps out. makes sense.
Thanks for your thoughts. I'm not feeling the green, maybe with a stripe package but not naked. The Track Apps also includes one of these... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Articulated very well, about what I was thinking since driving the 2012.....I had to go auto for my wife to drive on occassion, or else I would have gone the Shelby convertible route to be honest, as I know the tranny is better in the Shelby. How was the fit an finish in the interior?same as the 2012, or better....any annoying rattles ? Thanks B !
Did the Getrag in the car you drove fail? I've heard there were some problems with early transmissions, but I haven't heard of any since the 2011MY. I thought that Ford had corrected the problems with the Getrag. So are you saying that Ford still haven't fixed the problems? That would be good to know. I wouldn't consider any car with a failure prone transmission. BTW, I agree, the Tremec is a better transmission. That's another reason I'd probably choose a Shelby over a Boss.
