I don't know if this car is tracked or not, but the Carbon Ceramic discs and break pads wear out very quickly when on track. If you track your car 10+ days a year, and you push the car (and brakes) hard, you will likely be seeing the need for new Carbon Ceramic discs yearly and likely changing your pads every 5 or so track days. Of course driving style, braking style, and the track layouts all play a role. The OP could be referring to either the pads or the rotors or both. If the car is normally street driven both pads and rotors would last many many years, and many 10's of thousands of miles.
Yes, I was referring to just the pads. The car has new brake pads, not rotors. I'll post photos as soon as I can get the car outside and take them.
Sounds nice. I am not in the market but just wondered what trade numbers you were offered. I am guessing the trade price and tax credit weren't close to $245?
