    Hello!

I'm looking at a 1996 F355 6 speed spyder that was rebuilt after fire in 2003 and had an odometer rollback in 2012.

Current private owner bought in 2014 and I'm trying to ascertain what sort of price he paid. This was of course before gated cars became what they are today.

If I can get a decent sense of what a good F355 sold for in 2014 then I can work in the fire and odometer, and figure out what a good offer would be here in 2023 that will make everyone happy. I want to get into this car right but not take the owner unduly to the cleaners.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

$45k to $65k was the range for decent cars.

I’d say he bought that car for $20-25k. That was junk in 2014.

Agree - For a salvage car I couldn't image anyone paying more than $30k back then for a pristine example.

Today's values and this car's condition today will determine the current value. If it was rebuilt properly with OEM parts and has been maintained in the last 10 years, you're looking at a value of around 50-60% what a clean titled car would sell for.
