All of the AMG cars go through tires quickly. High-performance speed rated rubber doesn't last as long. Adding to my tire budget, I live in the hills. My S550 got 21K out of the first set Even my trucks only get 25-30K per set. Tire pressures are checked monthly by manual gauge in addition to regularly with the TPMS. Thanks.

Even the non-AMG cars go through 'em. My wife had a 2005 ML350 from new (on lease) for only 27 months, and the Continentals that came on it were *soft* and quiet, but boy was I surprised how little tread was left at the end of our lease...I can only imagine what another 200-300hp would do to them! GORGEOUS AMG...love it...wish I had the space and the scratch.

A few important updates July 10: Although I'm selling this as individual owner, dealer has financing available to qualified buyers. CPO process is available at additional cost, extending warranty two years. Based on a few recent sales of similar cars, I'm lowering price to $67,500.
Update: wheel nicks repaired, look like new. New tires. Three weeks till our new SUV arrives, so a little more motivated on pricing. Again, dealer financing is available. CPO is available at extra cost. Reducing it to $65,900.
