2014 NY Tri-State Spotter's Thread

Sunday afternoon Rt. 80 between the Delaware Water Gap and the GWB at least 10 late model Maserati headed west and a red 458 Italia.

 

Sure it was a P1? A lot of folks are getting tripped up with the 650S.

 

This was a good day:

-- A silver 458 Spider was being fla tbedded on the eastbound LIE around 10AM, by the Clearview. (FL plates, I think)

-- A black FF that may have been lowered was heading east on 25A, by Wheatley Plaza, Greenvale, around 11AM.

-- A white FF heading south on the Merritt, around 4PM, a few exits from the northern end of that road.

 

I saw a black FF getting of the LIE westbound at exit 44 or so. Figured it was a test drive retuning to FoLI

 

Swear I saw a P1 in blue on rumson rd in rumson. Does Michael Fuxs have one? The body and rear lights were P1 style.

 

I think Fux's P1 is green.... was in red bank a few weeks ago

 

New P1 in the area -- Guy lives on Rumson Rd

 

Do you know his first name? I think I know who you are talking about. Nice guy always has great cars.

 

White Audi R8 on 287 north in riverdale getting off the exit for route 23. i've seen the car a few times in the area.

 

Black 458 followed closely by (though not together) a dark colored Maserati Gran Cabrio tonight on Park Ave and 30th

 

White R8 parked at Bareli's Resturant along Route 3 last night around 7PM

 

Yellow Carrera GT on Greenwich Ave. today.

 

Tuesday Morning at 8:30 am on the westbound Northern State in Nassau, I spotted a yellow 348 spider followed by a Red Lotus Elise, followed by a red 348 spider. All within 5 minutes.

 

Red 458 Italia at the Lukoil on 23 a few minutes ago

 

Also Yesterday:

A silver on black Rolls Ghost on RT80 around 3
A grey FF in Glen Cove around 4:15

 

Gray Lamborghini LM002 in Wayne. It's the second time I saw it and both times I thought it was a crotch rocket. They have a very distinctive sound.

 

Metallic red Alfa Romeo 4C on the FDR this morning heading northbound at 7:30 am in lower Manhattan. My first siting of one.

 

Saw a beautiful example of a red 308 GTS QV in a convenience store parking lot in ronkonkoma, just north of the airport. Didn't have the time to stop and have a closer look, which I now regret. It looked nice!

 

Apparently Herb Chambers is in Greenwich right now with his Bugatti Veyron, a friend saw him today near the train station

Two Red 16Ms on Putnam Ave, one with gold wheels

Yellow 650S Spider on Putnam Ave

Blue FF on Greenwich Ave

Blue 550 near Richards

Blue Ford GT in the Richards parking lot

Lamborghini Aventador on Greenwich Ave

And a Maybach 62S on Greenwich Ave, among other more common exotics

Black and Silver Rolls Royxe Ghost
