If the pics were photoshopped what is your point? That this isn't how the car will look?

I read somewhere that the two protrusions are different lengths by design.

Easier that they still don't have the car anywhere near complete but someone's speculating that too.

Not as "throaty" and raw as the F1 cars of the 80's…hell it even sounds more streamlined and efficient.

Nico says it 'looks fast' but 'still has some work to do before it IS fast'.

    Per Nico:

Such a great feeling. Just drove my new silver arrow for the first time. It looks quick, but I don't know if it is quick yet!

You're exactly right. That right there sounds just like an Indy Car. Will hold out for more videos before drawing conclusions though.

What like 5 old geezers? Come on now...

That is an improvement from this angle - might look awkward in profile though.

    Yes, it is intentional.

In order to meet the single lower nose tip regulation, the two tusks are of unequal length, so the longer one forms the mandatory nose tip, while the other is short enough to avoid being considered part of the nose tip by the regulations.

Drifter on the McLaren forum took this blacked out wing upright idea further to show the 3/4 view.

Looks considerably better I think. Better an anteater nose than man parts.

Another bold reliability statement, this time for Sam Michaels. He stated earlier today that the only thing a team will need to do for the first few races to get points is finish.

Will reliability really be this bad?

A lot of unknowns right now.... which will hopefully bring us some more suspenseful racing.

I hope so. It's almost too "safe" when the element of mechanical failure is nearly unheard of. Some reliability issues would be a welcome change, IMO.

Indeed they did, now what are Ferrari doing?

Also noticed the sidepod inlets are asymmetrical which I'm guessing is because one is indeed for air to air intercooling and the other is for a more traditional radiator. I really didn't believe they were going to go air to air but that seems like a very real possibility now.

I hope they stay pull rod and it works. I like the concept.

What do you mean the side pods are different? Can't see it.

Also what do you think about lotus having the longest tip at the right? Most circuits being clockwise?

I'd have thought the opposite would have been more aero. Edit: Actually not, the smallest tip would kind of fall behind the longest's stream I guess.
