The smart money says that the FF replacement will not be coupe-like. The renderings you see are internet noise. Suggest driving a current model and see what you think.

Coupe or wagonoid, odds are good the FF replacement will seat four people. Ferrari has a long tradition of making four-seat V12 GTs, I doubt they'd ditch that just because the FF has received some vitriol for its looks. Haters gonna hate, as they say.

So odds are good whatever replaces the FF—be it a conventional coupe, another two-door hatchback, or even a four-door coupe a la Mercedes-Benz CLS—will have room for you and your kids. Assuming your kids aren't six feet tall. :)

guess i just have to wait when it comes out and hang on to my 458 for the time being...thought the current must be 1 hell of a car to drive, but the shape seriously don't work for me...

just went to see the ff again..still doesn't work for me when i compare to my 458...look at f12 , superb for me just it's still 2 seaters..dealer gave me a deal..ok - my 458 is only 5 months brand new i bought, dealer has a 2013 f12 sitting there with just 2000+km on it..well, almost brand new..the deal wasn't so BAD anyway..but would anyone trade it for such a case ? and since the 458 is my 1st ferrari , any guys can advice say my 458, how many % less in trade in (depreciation) could b fair and in the f12 case, how many %..? tks guys

Did the dealer suggest you to trade your 458 for the F12 ?

Well look at it this way, there is PLENTY of 458s out there to buy. Many less F12s.

Let alone the power. Ask him to add a warranty, if u dont trust it.

If you are looking to know what the current value is of your 458 or the F12 for sale, then you need to supply details of both cars. Most important would be original sticker price, color, condition, and options. Remember the F12 is 2 seats only if you need 4 then why would you be interested?

If you need a car because you need to drive your kids and you only have your 458, then I don't get any of this. Wouldn't you then need the car now? If the FF replacement/update is debuted in e.g, Geneva 2016, you'd be lucky to see it in your garage mid 2017. Are you willing to wait 2-3 years for a four seater, or do you need something now? If the latter, you can either go with an FF, or something entirely different. If you go for something different, you could get something like a Maser QP, Porsche Panamera GTS, Merc S 500/600 or CLS500 Coupé, BMW 5 Series etc. There are a ton of possibilities. You could also get a used '12 or '13 FF as to not take the initial hit on depreciation. You could also step outside the box a bit, and look at a 612, if you want a Ferrari, but don't want an FF.

It drives great. I think it looks like a gremlin. My GF thinks it looks like an AMC Pacer.

    To each their own.

well, was surely looking for a 4 seater...my wife has a new honda odyssey but i'm just thinking a "nicer" car for the family occasion..but the f12 made me think twice..haha..of course to trade in..having 2 of these would be too much of a financial burden...headache..this "HORSE" keeps playing with my mind
