I'm used to being on ignore lists. No ****s given. Funny how people say "I don't get it" and laugh at me but there's really nothing in even meant to be getting here...
Given your own standards you shouldn't be posting here any longer. Since recently your posts have been full of typos. Have you seen 'One night in Bruges'? Make an end to your double standards and leave.
As exciting as the first couple or so laps were of this race... I'm even more disillusioned as ever. It's clear that nothing short of a mechanical break down or crash is going to prevent Merc from winning on any track anytime. It's clear to me that there is no threat... not even a chance... that someone is going to beat them all things being equal. I'm not one of the F1 is dead crowd, but I'm really starting to think that I'm not going to work my day around qualy and race day anymore. It's become a constant letdown. Predictable. Even when Williams were in front, I knew it was just a matter of time. And Williams... at some point there needs to be an honest discussion about their ability to create and implement strategy. Smedly has to be called into question. This year and last there have been too many bungled calls. They had no chance of the win, but certainly a podium was theirs for the taking.
It might have been a Silverstone thing where they come out of fairly high speed corners onto the straights which leads to a speed delta due to affected aero of the following car. Just a thought...
Yes this year it seems apparent. I expected more passing at Silverstone. Without the rain we would have had, and it was clear on the F1 broadcast, that we were not getting alot of passing in the mid pack.
I think you're right about it being a 'Silverstone thing', but not due to any differences in corner exit speed - or at least only a little. I think it's more, as you said, the high speed corners, and this speed is reducing its effectiveness. If you open the DRS off a low speed turn it's going to allow you to accelerate from, say, 100kph to Vmax a lot quicker than the guy ahead. If, OTOH, you're both already doing 150, 170kph, not so much. Just another thought. Cheers, Ian
China 2007 he complained that his tires were going off and was told to stay out; In Monaco this year he pitted and tossed away a victory. You as the driver need to make the ultimate decision-if the handling of the car is still good and the lap times are there then stay out and continue to race. This is why IMHO it is foolish to compare him to a senna or schumey. Hammy is fast but he isn't in their class in terms of situational awareness...he's a fast driver but to say he's one of the all time greats is foolish at this point.
Flavio Briatore cheating and Fia washing His hands were responsible for hamilton's first title, the mercedes-benz, toto and Niki were responsible for his second......but no doubt he's a fast driver...
God i just love reading bitter comments like this in retrospect. Really shows your colours ay? Lmao..
It's true......none of us can stand the BS blinkered comments about Lewis from his fanbois. If Lewis knew that you, your boyfriends and krafty are turning people against him, he probably wouldn't be impressed.
I make no secret that I don't like Hamilton. So, why should I join the rank of his sycophant worshipers?
Do you really think Lewis gives two ducks about you and/if you like him or not? Lmao you waaayyy overestimate you're significance and importance even on this forum, let alone in life. I can imagine people not even bothering with you because there's so much jealous/bitter crap coming from your greasy keypad its not even worth discussing. The irony in your arrogance is nothing short of hilarious and the funny thing is, you dont even realize how much i already know about you going on your comments. When i picture you its as Cartman yelling and complaing about so called 'Hamilton fanbois' Please keep going with the bitterness. Im enjoying it. I love picturing a 5 year old crying and pointing the finger at others because they are 'bad/childish/fanbois'.. I dont remember anybody telling you to do anything..
Do you know what you're talking about?? I doubt it.....but I sure don't. The only thing I don't like about lewis is his ridiculous fanbois. I don't know the guy....I neither like him nor dislike him. I admire him for his driving, as I do the others on the grid, because the very worst of them is light years better than me. Get it yet? But the crap you and the triplets spew on here is slowly souring how we perceive him. ....and it's not even the guy's fault!! It's hilarious, and you kids don't get it. There's only one reason I want Nico to beat Lewis, and it's not because I prefer Lewis....it's just so your collective heads explode. Unfortunately for all of us, Lewis seems to have the upper hand this year. If it weren't for your blind fanaticism, I wouldn't care which one beat the other, I'd only care that it was a Ferrari winning instead.........and even that's not compulsory...just my personal preference, unlike the fanbois insisting Lewis fanaticism should be followed by all.
Thing is Pete, Lewis always has had the upper hand from day one IMO...and for whatever myriad of reasons to think/state otherwise to me is hilarious, and your thought process works both ways, because from the way I see it, it's like a constant exploding head firework display.
Where you're up the wrong path is in thinking I care either way....I don't want EITHER of them to win. I enjoy Nico winning only so I can make fun of you and the triplets. However, and you can make whatever ridiculous excuses and reasons you want to, last year Nico out qualified Lewis many times. The way that car is this year, that would have translated to more wins. This year, Nico can't do it...no idea why.....but stop being delusional....I don't root for Nico or Lewis.....it's just that you guys can't comprehend anyone not rooting for Lewis as anything but a hater when it's just not the case.
I think you overestimate all that...Why should a head explode because someone is winning a F1 race??? I doubt that there are many over here taking this serious enough for that. But for some reason here are a few guys who tell us Hamilton winning like it is their achievement and when Hamilton winning a race it seems to be their highlight of the weekend and then I feel very sorry for them because that weekend must have been boring otherwise... For my part F1 is entertainment for about 3 hours a weekend (1 hour practice and 2 hour race) but it does not affect my life really during the other time. Some of those posting above I doubt so... I know that Football has that effect as many people are supporters for a team a lifetime and they see themselves as part of it going to the stadium every weekend but in F1??? The guys over here do not ever support a team but only a single person....
