I like the new paddle shifters on the Huracan much better than the tiny shifters on the Gallardo, especially when you're at the track.

 

I wonder how this new Verde compares to the traditional Ithaca in different lighting settings. It looks amazing in these photos. GLWS.

Agreed word for word! I thought I was the only one that believed that the doors on a Lambo have to go up.

Most lamborghini models made through the companys history do not have doors going up!

"Normal" doors: 350, 400, Islero, Espada, Jarama, Miura, Uracco, Jalpa, Silhouette, LM002, Gallardo, Huracan

Doors going up: Countach, Diablo, Murcielago, Aventador

Perhaps the Huracan is intended for the somewhat more modest and less posh Lamborghini customers ..... ;o))

 

Gorgeous car! Surprised it's still around. I thought the color was Cyprus green though?

 

I've always heard that this was because only the flagship V12 models got the doors, beginning with the Countach (Countach, Diablo, Murciélago, Reventon, Aventador, Veneno). Have never understood why people poked fun at the Gallardo for not having "Lambo doors".

 

i always felt this way as well, but scissor doors I think would severely hurt the flagship murcielago/avendator sales.

 

+1, I had a buddy bring a brand new white car to the house last week, I kept asking if he wanted me to clean the water/dust spots in his engine bay.

What a screw-up with the engine bay plastic. I expect more from Audi.
