    Hello all,

    I made the mistake of stopping by my dealer yesterday while visiting the elderly rapidly declining health wise parents, to get a status of my GTC4 Lusso order. ( options & Order was approved, waiting on build date ) While I was there my sales rep said " You should see something we just detailed and got in the other day" .... ( yes I should have ran out the door screaming NO NO NO NO !! )

    2016 F12 Berlinetta , Black, Nero leather, silver thick stitching , very well loaded up with carbon fiber , 586 miles on it. Ferrari CPO'd . $349,900 good deal?

    I hate to say it, but I got the Ferrari bug baddddd and now I want to fill my garage with them. This could get dangerous fast... I had plans to retire at 50yr old ( 43 now) ... but now..... might get pushed to 55-58 lol.

    $350k today is ridiculous for a used F12. Even if it has less then 1,000 miles. You can do much better if you shopped around. I paid $10k more for mine brand new and specced it exactly the way i wanted.

    I was told they went for 320-450, and that one sitting there was $482K

    Maybe I'll tell them to include all the extended warranties, wheel and rim protection , ceramic pro, bray windshield skin , PPF, and I'll take it for $299K

    It's driving me crazy not being in a prancing horse. I'm about to head back home after my visiting the parents in CT, and driving around in the Jag is like ehhhh It's a great car for a few hours, but after that it's not comfy. 2:15 ( 153 miles each way) drive from my driveway to parents driveway was pushing it in the Jag. Can't put the back of the seat back too much being as tall as I am. Which I was able to adjust more & stretch out more in the F12 .

    They have one there for $482k? New one F12 that is over sticker? There is a new one at Atlanta Ferrari they will discount a small amount on.

    Must have been a Taylor Made - $482K represents about $150K in options alone. Yikes!

    Yeah I've been looking around since I saw that one, I think he's full of poo poo with that number. I emailed him said it's not worth 349k , told him $260k cash , he replied " I'll talk to my manager Wednesday and let you know"

    I offered $269,500 with being Ferrari approved CPO , PPF & ceramic pro , wheel & tire protection and I'll pay the $11k to extend & max out the warrantee coverage ...... waiting to hear back

    All of these are nonsense (for the price calculation of the vehicle) and should be thrown in for free. Worst case you can just go to a great installer and get it all done for $2k so don't let these items dictate the price.

    Such for the extended warranty to be included in the $265k price. I think that would be fair to both parties while making you feel like you got a deal.

    Unless you have money to burn or you find a spec you really really need to have, paying more than 300k for an F12 is an expensive mistake. A lot of low miles F12 for around 280k and you can probably still buy an extended warranty for most of them.

    Its a great car, but that price for that spec, which seems quite basic (nothing at all wrong with that) seems a bit high.

    Suspect if you offered cash in the $300K - $315K range you'd have a good shot at snagging it.

    As far as retirement goes, that's purely personal, but be careful pushing back your plans so you can own more cars, because you likely won't feel the same about cars at 56 as you do at 43.

    I offered $265, They came back with this morning $329K I shot back $280 best and final. Waiting for call back.

    I suspect they took that car back at around the $275k level plus or minus a few sheckels but can't blame you for trying. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone !!

    I called and did a wire transfer a little while ago , going to drive down again tomorrow and sign Papers , get all the paperwork to register it in sales tax free New Hampshire , get the plates etc on Monday. Then fly down late next week to NYC for meetings then prob uber there and drive back to NH if they can get everything I want done by Friday afternoon .
