If it had 15-20000+ miles I'd be interested. These should be driven and enjoyed. As should 918s, Enzos, LaFerraris, etc. At some point, cars like this will come to earth and hopefully then people will enjoy them for what they are. Unless their use is legislated away. I know, don't hold my breath. On the other hand, Gen Xers and Millenials have no interest, at which point they eventually become used cars. Demand, even for limited editions, will underwhelm supply. Cars like Simeone's collection, with real and true provenance, will always retain value.

Glad you sold the car. Given the market, it was a fair price, certainly for the buyer and hopefully the seller. However, this is a public forum and I'll express my opinion anywhere I choose.

The ad section is space paid for by the advertiser. As such advertisers are entitled to some basic courtesies on their own ad. These are summarized here: "Anyone posting in a classified thread, other than the thread creator, must be: 1) asking a legitimate and relevant question; 2) providing accurate, first-hand information on that specific car, item, or seller; or 3) leaving a quick compliment/GLWS comment. All other commentary (negative comments regarding the condition or asking price, comparing asking price to current market/recent sales/other cars or items for sale, etc.) will be deleted and repeat offenders will be subject to infraction/ban/etc at the discretion of the moderators." You are free to express your opinion on car pricing, marketability, desirability, unusual sales conditions, or any other peeve in the discussion forums, either general or car model. Ad forums are not discussion forums. If the advertiser on this ad had reported your post when you made it, it would have been deleted and you would have been warned.
