    I recently took the plunge and had my stereo upgraded by an audio store.I was very hesitant as I was worried about voiding warranty and messing with the car so to speak .I had a meeting with my local Ferrari service manager and he assured me that if the install was done right there would be no issues.
    The Ferrari 488 gtb is an amazing car with lots of power.The same should be said for the sound system .
    I agree the engine sound is great but try listening to opera at full blast and hearing those Ferrari engine notes in the background with the music is a dream .

    I am very satisfied with the outcome ,Unbelivable.I have been listening to music for years this is on another level as it also provides the home theater effect with the feel of the sounds vibrating through the tight Ferrari cabin.

    The audio upgrade completes the 488.If you are in two minds do it .No issues so far.
    Best driving experience in my life.Went for a quick test run and ended up putting 300 kms on it could not get out dream come true !!!!

    I ordered the factory upgrade and it is wonderful!! Much better than the one in my 458.

    Very good equipment.
    I am very experienced with car audio. However when my 488 arrives im not allowed to play with it :(
    See I wouldn't put the speakers in their original locations.
    The 488 is beautifully shaped to have the splits in the kick panels but I really don't want to play around with the interior

    Install looks great. Question on the gear in the frunk. Can you put bags and luggage on top for long distances without any heat/vent concerns?
