    Anyone thinking the 488 are going to go down In price soon ? I saw a 2017 at a Ferrari dealer and it was 40-50k over msrp with a few thousand miles. I would need to buy a 488 to be put on the list for a 296gts when they start taking orders for it again.

    Find another Ferrari dealership. That is wrong. Have bought many Ferrari’s. Never had to buy one to get another.

    My buddy got on the list without ever owning a Ferrari. Maybe try another dealership?

    Thats the way is was circa 2012ish- couldn't buy/order a new Ferrari without currently owning one- so the guy with $300k ready to spend was hosed- so he bought a pre-owned one- placed the order- then sold it back to the dealer- or in some cases just drove it until the new one came in- was great for pre-owned market/Dealers at the time but pissed off a lot of people who weren't hell bent on a Ferrari and just took their money to the Lambo dealer and either bought one in stock that day or placed an order.

    Obviously Ferrari figured it out and removed that stipulation- Believe that changed with the Calis
