    Hi All,

    Just picked up my 2017 California T. It has the uprated HIFI system. Not messed to much but there is no bass what so ever, Very tinny. Is that normal etc or am I missing something. Altered the EQ but makes no difference at all.

    Its normal. Scuderia Audio has a perfect fitting sub that goes in the trunk where the seats fold down. Also he has an amp that can power it. I do suggest you upgrade the door speakers and the rear speakers to the focal. That makes a big difference. No need to replace the dash speakers though. Those aren't really worth the money and time needed and make very little difference in the sound,

    Another suggestion, just in case you havent controlled for it already, is the audio source. I find certain sources lack any quality/bass despite what settings I put until I find a high quality bitrate which made a huge difference.

    You have to program the dsp for each source separately in the Cali T Head Unit. You may think that setting it for one source does them all, but it does not.. So the radio, Bluetooth, etc all have different sound settings. Its a pain to do, but once its done you are all set.
