Did you drive your Ferrari car for the very first day of the new year?

Usually yes. But today is a miserable, cold (by Florida standards), rainy day.

Far too cold and too much salt on the roads.
First time my New Years tradition has been thwarted.

I should clarify. We had planned to take the 328 on a roof-off cruise through the back roads. Cold and rain put an end to that plan.

But since the 430 is my daily driver, we did in fact go for a New Year's Day Ferrari drive to our local wine bar for a late lunch. Today's special was called "New Deer's Day." A grilled venison chop on a bed of arugula with a blueberry port reduction. Sorry, didn't think to take a picture.

Ditto. Too cold by Texas standards + they sprayed brine on the roads just in case = Cali snuggly under its blanket & on the tender. ☹️

    C'mon global warming!!

Way to cold in Michigan along with snow, ice and slush in abundance. At this rate I'll be lucky to drive the car the beginning of April!

My 360's at the dealer having her yearly service done (and she'll be sleeping there for a few months anyway as it's winter over here). However, the weather was surprising good on Monday, so I took the Lotus out for a spin instead (with the top off) :)

It had just snowed and with the wind chill it was about 4 degrees here, not exactly sports car weather. They all stayed inside only the RR was out yesterday, and it is now up to 10 degrees.

It's unusually cold for San Antonio, so no. I did drive it before the front came through on the 30th.

It was a typically awesome day here in Southern California. Drove down the coast from Newport Beach to Dana Point and back on PCH. Stopped on the way back at Ruby’s Diner. A pure 50’s diner that even has 50’s cars parked in front (very American Graffiti). Had a malt, burger and fries to top up my cholesterol levels for the New Year.

In our area a holiday/weekend is always an excuse to bring out your baby. I saw a number of Ferrari’s, Lambo’s, MacLarens, Cobras and even a Vanquish on the drive. Perfect day.

Ferrari’s in the snow - thats not a go. My Giallo is hibernating for the winter and will be awakened in the spring. I have only owned my 360 spider since September 2017 and I miss driving that thing. Better than any therapy I can go to.
