I am looking for insurance recommendations for recent ferrari models. I read on other threads about State farm as an option. I called AAA and Geicko and they said they don't cover recent Ferrari models.

    Any recommendations ?

My 488 is insured by Allstate. Been with them forever. Recently spun-off my 22 year old son (now that he's in grad school, he can insure himself) and my rates dropped considerably. Hagerty is also an option if you don't have any drivers <25 years old on your policy. Good luck.

Just went with CIncinnati Insurance from State Farm. Essentially the same price however I get agreed value for both cars.

Curiosity, what state are you located in? Allstate in NJ told me they have a cap of 150k MSRP on cars they will insure.

Hagerty Seems OK by me recent policy insured for full value replacement 100K for 1300. very friendly get a magazine, depreciation tables etc. only been with them for 3 mos but hopefully won't have to find out how good they really are settling claims. YMMV

Well, we left Austin after 25+ years for a less hectic life in Bryan/College Station. MUCH better traffic situation here. :)

Here are my suggestions in no particular order:

    State Farm
    Allstate
    GEICO
    Progressive
    Farmers
    USAA

My preference is GEICO just because I like talking lizzerds. But the other ones are probably almost as good.

They have been twice as high the past few cars I've had them quote, I use Grundy (AIG Private Client).

Your car gets insured for the full value at purchase- ie if 2 years later you total your (now depreciated) Ferrari- you get the full purchase value reimbursed.
It may be more expensive but it’s worth every penny

That’s stated value lots of companies will do that. American Modern does the same.
