Simple fact is that the Team Merc was not under the watchful eye of LH who has made the team what it is. Without him the team simply fell apart.

Now to troll the F1 section and see the usual LH trolls like my asinine comment.

I cannot believe that Merc made such blunders innocently.

CL is showing his impatience again. Hopefully he has learnt from his errors. Next race hopefully he will be error free.

JM, the funny thing is that the hambois could not see my sarcasm they are so far upthemselves that LH is the first second and last coming they just lap up anything that praises him.

There are only about 5 guys in the F1 section that know what they are talking about, the rest are just there to bait the tifosi. There should be just an F1 section for tifosi only no one else allowed in then we could have really intelligent discussion like here

Negative Sunday before the race, positive Monday morning... according to himself the worst week ever... then a miracle cure the week after and just in time for the GP and the end of a 10-day quarantine he is negative all of the sudden????? Please...
It is interesting that of all people all those with a very big desire for attention (Lewis, Ronaldo, Greta, Donald...) get the virus and are cured in record time wheras others suffer much longer
And if true this makes the third Covid case among the drivers (out of 20)... does not look like that "bubble" is working great, isn´t it?

 

and of course he'll milk it a bit further, so when he wins on Sunday his fans will adore him even more and tell him how brave he is...and of course ''da greatest'' because he won because he tested positive for flu...

Yep! I was just thinking the same thing at work today.

People are getting Covid and suffer with it, ending in death for a lot of people around the world.

But this guy gets it, has the "worst week ever" and then gets a negative test result and is ready to race again this weekend.

And when he does win, he will milk it even more like Bas just said by saying "it was the worst week ever, I feel so drained, I don't know how I did it, it was so tough, stay positive guys.............bla bla bla!!!"

Well, looks like his Lewisness didn't get pole yesterday...but it's ok, all the racing driver excuses at the ready!

1) He says he doesn't feel good because of the 'rona
2) He says Russell messed with the balance of his car (really? I'm pretty sure weight ballast will be adjusted for this race as completely different track than Sakhir!)
3) Toto claims they're not ruunning full power all of a sudden. Lol
