    The track only version of the Valkyrie was announced from the start.

    Not a big surprise: these days manufacturers make track versions of anything. No need for homologations, easy money, etc...

    What's the point of any "game" then?

    Surely you don't believe that because x number (homologation) of cars were built that you were watching them race right from the showroom floor?
    If so, I have a bridge in NYC to sell you at a reasonable price......

    But under the same exact regulations? GT2 and GT3 also race at America and Europe but with different BOP and so on.

    Edit: NO. I´ve read the article and it says that there will be a track dependant BOP for LMHs, so I suppose IMSA will protect "their" cars against the ACO ones.
